Cancellation Policy
We guarantee full flexibility.
Cancellations are only valid in writing.
From 3 days before the start of the vacation or no-show we charge 80 % of the booked stay.
28 to 4 days before the start of the vacation we charge 50 % of the arrangement price.
Up to 29 days before the start of the vacation no cancellation fees will be charged.
Travel Insurance.
We recommend you a travel insurance. You have the option to either book insurance through us when you make your reservation, or you can ask your insurance company for advice.
Helpful information.
The rooms or suites are available from 16:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the rooms must be checked out by 10:00 am. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or room view.
Conditions.
The reservation is valid when we have received a deposit of 10% of the total amount immediately after receipt of the written reservation confirmation. (You will then receive a written confirmation and a binding reservation commitment).
The remaining payment is due on arrival or guaranteed by credit card.
We accept all common credit cards (except American Express) and EC cards.
