The Genusswerkstatt has been awarded one toque and 11 points by Gault & Millau and 2 forks and 85 points by Falstaff. Fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region are processed with great attention to detail into regional delicacies, exquisite new interpretations of down-to-earth dishes and international specialities.
